Refund policy

To claim the warranty in the event of a malfunction, the watch must be sent to our store at the buyer's expense.
For minor issues, the watch may be repaired at an authorised service center with our prior approval. In such cases, the repair cost will be reimbursed upon submission of a receipt verifying the actual expense.

Failure to comply with these conditions, including any unauthorised attempt to open the watch case, will void the warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, normal wear and tear, water ingress due to an improperly secured crown, or misuse of the watch.

We evaluate your watch

Step 01
Simply send us an email by clicking the button below, including your contact information, a brief description of the watch, and a few photos.
Step 02
Within 24 hours, you will be contacted via email or WhatsApp with a valuation of your watch or a purchase proposal.
Step 03
If an agreement is reached, we will arrange for collection with an insured armored courier. The watch will be delivered to our headquarters in Rome, at Via dell'Oca 46, and payment will be made via bank transfer on the same day.
